One of my work colleagues commissioned me to create the album cover of their newest album "the Undead carousel". This would further lead me into creating the design and layout for all the music's merchandising. For this project I decided on traditional methods, drawing the design on A1 paper to recreate a wood-cut style similar to the likes of Albrecht Dürer. After scanning this image into photoshop, I stitched it together and incorporated it into the cover designs, formatting it and laying it out in indesign. My workflow had in mind that these were to be printed, so margins were all substantial and to the printers guidelines.
